Property prices
 

Hi , I am new to this site.

I am looking to buy a flat or house in the east of Mallorca, but am concerned about the possible slump in Spanish property prices.

Does anyone have any information on what is happening to prices in Mallorca?

I would be grateful for any information.

property is something that i have been checking and looking at in Mallorca and unfortunately it is not suffering the property glut :( So cheap and Mallorca are 2 words which dont seem to want to be together ..

If your buying to let out i think its a good safe bet , going by the rents they are charging !!
No immediate signs of anything changing ..
