Hi there does anybody now of a reputable property managment company in the San Pedro Del Pinatar area. I have a property that i would like to rent out on a long term basis but dont want to be ripped off again. Any advise or suggestions would be gratefully received. cheers

I can recommend one in Quesada if they go out that far?? We rented from them and I found them to be extremely fair to both sides.

Do you live in spain or the uk? Your profile doesnt say, i suspect UK, but otherwise you could just let your own, get the spanish equivalent of what i use in uk, a 6 mth short term lease, get a deposit and references..........if you have to use an agent, make sure you read all the smallprint - what they will and will not do - they can charge a fortune here in the uk, which is why i let and manage my own - esp if you have to evict anyone, with an agent you have to take it to court which can take a long time and would lose you money. Anyway good luck with it..........

PLEASE TAKE CARE:

A bad agent will cost you, but a bad tennant could cost you a lot more. It is even harder in spain than it is in the UK to evict a bad tennant.
