Property management.....viable??

Please don't shoot just yet lol!!


I currently have a property management business here in France, not huge, but enough for little old me to do without the hassle of employing others. My question is whether or not this type of service would be beneficial in Spain (gite changeovers/laundry etc). If so, what sort of setup, taxation, cotisation costs could I expect on registering? It is still in the planning stage as we have lived in France for over 10 yrs and are looking to relocate in around 2 yrs, so its research, research at the mo. I know location will be number one, but any pointers, advice from forum members who already/or have done this kind of work would be very much appreciated. I am not looking to make mega bucks and I am realistic to competition etc. I will be looking to fully register any business and pay my way as I have done since arriving in France, I have looked at a few sites regarding tax, but if Spain is anything like France, then 'actuality' differs greatly from the website scenarios.
