Hi All New to the Forum, i am in the UK moving to Spain early 22 - i have applied for a Non Lucrative Visa and believe i need to have a residence in Spain as part of the application - i was thinking about a short term rental as i want to buy somewhere once i have done some exploring - i imagine this is a dilemma faced by many expats when initially taking the plung... any advice or recommendations would be really appreciated or if you know of a property that could woork as a base for me. please get in touch. thanks Dave

Any particular area???
We live in the Ayamonte area, which is just by the border to Portugal. Here you can find short term rentals between October - June. (So like from January onwards to end June)
