Professional help!!
It would be a great idea if we could get a Spanish doctor and a Gestor for example to give free advice on the forum. Any chance of getting that?????

Medical advice without the doctor seeing you is pretty useless as they really need to see the problem, do the normal checks before deciding. There are plenty of on-line services offering what you want, but they are really only making suggestions.
