Pregnant, does anyone know any English antenatal classes?
I have just found out im pregnant, i live in the Fuengirola area and looking for classes or groups in the area? Does anyone know any? Thanks

2. Don't panic.... you've got 9 months!
3. Guess it's your first?
4. Don't feel you have to/need to/ought to/ go to classes. There are oodles of books that will help (Amazon is your friend!) if you want them; probably forums too.
5. Don't believe anyone who says you have to do anything when you're pregnant and equally
6. Don't believe anyone who says you ought to do anything or undertake any particular course of action when you're pregnant (apart from keep yourself fit & healthy, of course!!!) .... only you, the babe & your body actually know best.
7. With all those in mind, I hope someone can help you with exactly what you're looking for & if you choose to use them, I hope they help.

It would be expensive to have personal English ones even if you could find them.
