Anyone have any info on this?
Does it come under the same rules as for importing cars - import tax, etc?
Cheers,
Bill

Cheaper here?
Not from what I've seen.
Can pick up a used 4WD quad on ebay uk for well under a grand.
Not seen one under about three grand over here.
I was thinking it might be cost-effective to buy one in uk and have it brought over on the back of a lorry as a part-load - around one cubic metre.
I want it primarily for use on the land but if it could be made road-legal over here then all the better.

Dont forget youve got to get it here , buy a headlight, maybe a speedo in KMH, do the tyres have E markings ? pay a gestor plus registration fee`s ,and if its not got a type approval number then it may be a no no.
Plus it will be RHD
