Yeah i dunno you can call it that.... just accept my decision i suppose...in my opinion...

I was just asking for info about north spain; i didn t realise i needed to put ALL my life history and justifications behind every decision....in my opinion

A million? Rubbish, why even in Zarauz a chalet overlooking the sea doesn't reach a €million.

I was thinking of the strip of chalets overlooking La Concha in San Sebastian. All run into millions

This year we rented out a chalet in Ribadesella backing on to the beach there. 4 bed semi-detached, around 1 million euros, the one next door was being built at a cost of over 1 million euros by some rich Mexicans. Just the 800 square meter plot of land cost 400k

Here is a similar one but actually a row back with no views of the beach or sea

Try finding a chalet in Celorio or Llanes right next to the beack. All around 1 million euros. And the Basques come to Asturias and Cantabria because it is cheaper than the Basque country!
