planning to buy in spain
 

hi everyone im new to the forum and have been looking through the threads very interesting topics.
im looking to buy in guardamar from a company called delrico homes and was wondering if anybody had heard any good or bad things about them ?
As you know its a big step and we want to get it right and not get our fingers burnt any advice would be appreciated.....
