Phone help wanted, no landline

We live in the Sierra Mariola mountain range, and are not allowed to have a landline put in, its a National Park, so no telegraph poles allowed, what other options do we have, apart from mobile phones,
Someone has metioned =Radio phones? what about internet connections, at the moment we use a Vodofone mobile internet connection.
any ideas welcomed,

thanks Jenny

Jenny, I live in Asturias - where there is also restrictions on poles and new lines. I have got a digital radio link phone through telefonica. This gives me landline & dial up internet - hope this helps.
