Payroll Companies
 

Hi there I am looking to hopefully start looking into a DNV to move to Spain.

I am currently employed as a long term contractor however I'm no longer a Ltd company (due to IR35).

However I get paid via a payroll company.

My question is would I need to set myself up as a self employed person in Spain or can I still work and get paid via my current set up?

I can't seem to find an answer to this and as to where I would pay tax, would it be both UK and Spain if I keep the same payroll company in the UK

Any help or advise would be helpful
