Default Paying property tax

Hi.
Could someone possibly give me some advice on how to pay the tax on a property we have rented out please. In March this year we bought a property in Ciudad Quesada and decided to rent it out, luckily the property was rented out fairly quickly and we have been getting rental income from July. We would like to know the procedure for paying the tax due on it.

Kind regards
Pete

Are you resident or non-resident in Spain? If non-resident, you are supposed to pay tax on the rental income every quarter, using Form 210. Information here: https://www.agenciatributaria.gob.es...ini/GF00.shtml

If non-resident, you are also supposed to pay "imputed tax" once per year for the time that it is not rented out.
