You can also join the local library most have Wifi for members, ours also has computers that you can reserve if you do not have a laptop.

Most of the mobile providers will sell you a USB stick that uses the mobile network for internet. Just put in a prepaid SIM card and away you go.

Damned expensive, though.

I use a Carrefour mobile dongle. 1 euro a day with a 100mb limit. See other threads on this subject.

try searching ebay.es using SIM and Vodafone or 3GB (you may want to click on Spain only in the options menu if doing it from the UK), a great variety of prices for some reason.
