My dad and Jason are going out on Sunday, we are just waiting for houses to sell, can't decide whether to leave house empty and go or wait until it sells, what are you hoping your 16 year old will do, are you on msn if so we could have better chat on there.:)

Inherited props from parents,am Spanish but brought up in London,in terms of building work seems like entire coastline between Benidorm & Alicante is being developed!Should be a lot of work there:)

The going rate for pool cleaning is about 20 - 25 €`s

Be careful advertising in the papers unless you are registered as a business, insured and pay social and taxes.

ok thanks any other ideas anyone ? also i work for a bank at the mo and also have exp as a marketing and sales manager do u think i might get work easier than chad ?:)

Sales work will be incredibly easy to get,you will definatly get work easier than Chad,if you are looking at moving to CDS,then a good website is www.wemploy.com,if link doesnt work just type in wemploy and it will come up.They have 100's of sales and marketing jobs,most with full time contract:)

pool cleaning in this area can be as cheap as 55€ per month

To answer original posters question.looks like Chad could be up against it with regards to Decorating etc then.Maybe a complete change of direction could be whats needed,after all the trade will always be there to fall back on if need to go back to UK:)
