Well for one way van hire look in the free beer thread at the top of this forum. There are two in there near the bottom
As regards removals companies I dont recommend any because most are not consistant in their service as a lot is subcontracted. I'm sure some will be able to give good reports of experiences here though

a driving a jeep back to the uk( south spain to Manchester) if want share cost ..... around 20 april pm for more , have some room if you need few think shipped back
