Wtf is your problem? Times are tough for those of us employed in the oil industry and many jobs are under threat. I am expressing concern to OP.

Although the oil price is beginning to creep up again and with Putin threatening to cut off gas supplies via Ukraine (40% of Europe's total needs) and Iran starting to make new aggressive noises - then prices will soon be back to where they were and the need for new exploration and exploitation will increase.
Although, if you fancy a change of scenery and climate, I notice that new deep water exploration blocks have been released off the coast of Equatorial Guinea. |

We have been there before and I am sure things will improve. I have served my time offshore and prefer to keep my feet on terra firma!!! 😜

I was once a service provider to oil companies and remember the 10 dollar a barrel days in the 90s, when I was suddenly told to take 20% off my service charge by one company. Knee jerk reactions still the norm then. |
