Any offshore workers out there?? thinking of moving abroad to spain this year do you need to sell your property in the uk to go tax free?

Hi also offshore worker.

My understanding is that as long as you aren't in Uk more than 92 days/year, then there is no problem with owning property there, and you would be tax exempt.

I think similar rules apply in Spain, but we are allowed up to 186 days / year, as long as we are not there for more than 3 months in any one visit.
