Not seen you on much lately - yep our house is on but it didnt tell people how much we bought it for - dont know whether this is because we bought it new or not........

Doubt it - it seems 25% of the price you pay goes to the estate agent and 50% of the balance in cash to the vendor - meaning the gov't figures will show the ave house going for around thruppence
