How can I check if my annual non-resident tax payments are up-to-date? Can I access this information on Agencia Tributaria website and if so, how? TIA

The forms have to be presented annually unlike IBI etc.
If you are not doing it then your representative should have and you will have copies of the forms.
Ours were presented beginning of December (nine of them as the flat., storeroom and parking space all have numbers) and payment usually happens before the end of the first week of January..
For us the cost of putting in the forms is dearer than the tax...

I hope it's ok to put this link on but if not admin please remove it.
when we first bought our house in Spain and were non resident our solicitor said he had to submit our 210, which like has been mentioned cost much more to be done than the actual tax cost. I researched and found what they said was false and told them I wasn't prepared to pay way over the odds . I set about learning on this forum how to submit my own which I did. However I also found this site who can complete the forms and either email or post completed forms for you to sign and submit at the bank. I used them to confirm my calculations were correct which they were. They were very helpful low cost and super quick. So if anyone is struggling with submitting the 210 or sick of being charged the earth by solicitors or Gestors these are worth considering. I am nothing to do with them I put the link on in hope it may help others.

first time around it takes about an hour to populate the form. henceforward it takes about 10 minutes as you populate it using last years data. Spend some time researching it. Anyone charging over a 20eu for filling and submitting this form is pulling your plonker

The costs for us are €150 complete, as we use the same firm who did the flat purchase and our residency. They are also doing our 720 and tax returns. Will be arranging our wills through them as well...
I looked online and most of the other places were charging about €30 per form. Although bobd22 link is cheaper, although ours would still be 3x the quoted amount.
If Id have realised that the boy would be charged for this (and next year its 24%) I might not have put him on the deeds.

We have nine to go in (the flat, underground parking place, underground storeroom) as me and the wife and the boy are named as co owners (although next year its only the boy) cause we were resident in 2021.

You experience and mine seem to match. I thought it was a great service far cheaper than anything else I could find. Obviously you can't beat doing it yourself.
