NIE and kids
Hi all I hope my post finds you all in good health and spirits. My OH and I were issued NIE to enable us to purchase a property in Spain whilst still in the UK. We have none for our daughter. I have completed the form from the website and note that it says {excuse the google translation}.... If the request N.I.E. in Spain, documentation that he is not in an irregular situation in Spain. Does anyone have any idea what documentation we will need to produce. Is a padron and passport ok?
