Hello all.

I have a criminal record as I made a few silly discussions after my father past away. Would anybody know if this will effect my living and working in Spain??

Living, no, as you, as, I assume. a British Citizen have the right of free movement within the EU, as to working, well that will be down to the employer and the questions you are asked.
