hi, does anybody know how I go about renting out my villa in barxeta? have finaley decided that its better to let it out than to leave it with nobody in it. do I go to web sites? do I ask estate agents? mind you am a bit loath to do this as you hear so many stories of people not paying the rent etc....mmmm, really dont know what to do.
when you leave your villa and go back to uk there is the pool to maintain etc, pain in the backside...... I'm fed up with paying somebody to come in to clean the pool when there is nobody there, may just leave it to go green, aaargh, I just dont know what to doooooooo
