Hi all, I'm new to the forum and have already read lots so I can see how useful this is going to be. I have just retired after 40 years in the Military. My wife and I are moving to the Granada region where we have owned a house for the past 3 years, visiting a lot before the pandemic and less so since. I am trying to find a reputable expat carpenter who could build me a built in wardrobe. I need it done in the last week of September if possible. Our house is in the Loja/Zagra area. Does anyone know of anyone who might fit the bill. Many Thanks. Gary

VEDShappy - Not sure about the first question but I'm also happy to have a local Carpenter who speaks English. I Want to support ExPats where possible however. (Clearly English if that helps). Thanks for responding though.

I would use Isidoro Rodriguez ( rear of former Moreno builders yard ) in Loja. He doesn’t speak English . We have had timber from him for a fireplace and for a bathroom.

Don’t know of any expat carpenters.
