Movistar mobiles
Can anyone give me advice on how to cancel my contract with Movistar? The contract was initially for eighteen months, and it is now two years since I first took contract out. I have tried ringing 609 to cancel, to no avail. If I write a letter of cancellation to the offices of Movistar, is my letter legally binding for cancellation of said contract? Any help would be appreciated.

it took numerous visits and phone calls, with lost faxes and paperwork by the movistar shop last year and all we wanted to do was change the name which they told us would take 3 days !!!! eventually took just 6 months :eek: they do speak English so could be worth a call ? |
