Default moving to Spain later this year any help appreciated.

Hello hope I'm positing in the correct section, sorry if I'm not.

We are hoping to move to Spain ( Alhaurin el Grande area) later this year,

We are planning on renting our house out in the uk and doing a long term rental in Spain with a view to buy a little later when we know exactly where we want to be.
We are bringing a cat and a dog with us, so one of the first things we will be needing is a loyal house sitter as we are both airline crew in the UK and will be away at the same time a couple of times a month. Anyone know any useful sites to find someone?
We also want to bring our sky tv box, is it worth keeping our current contract rolling with the hope our renters don't install sky or is it worth paying for sky europe?
Finally we will be looking to set up an internet connection asap any recommendations for a good company with good speeds in this area?

thanks for any help with any of my questions in advance.

kind regards Shaun.
