Default Moving to Spain advice please with 2 young children!

Hi there,
My husband, children (age 7 and 3) and I are currently researching the possibility of moving to Spain. We work from home so employment is not a worry however where in Spain seems to be the problem! Obviously with two children our priority is to find a family area with good schools for them. We are sociable people and so a place where there are some expats would be desirable especially at first. We were originally looking into Mijas and then Alicante areas but any advice and opinions would be greatly appreciated! We are planning a trip in October half term but need an idea of where to visit!
Many thanks in advance

I can change it for you if you let me know what you want it to say.

Sorry if I sounded fussy, the word must be "advice". There is an awful lot to learn and think about before committing your family to emigrating.

Hi there,
I am also new to this site and we are also looking to move out to Spain!

We are looking at outlying suburbs of Valencia, Lliria, Vilamarxante, Domeño. My mum has recently bought a holiday home in this area and I feel it has a nice feel. Enough expat community to feel connected and in the same boat as others, but still Spanish enough to integrate into Spanish lifestyle and culture. We hope to put our kids into Spanish state school or Colegio. They are 7, 6 and 1.5. It is daunting but exciting too. I would love to hear where you decide on and why.

Too many people seem to be forgetting about Brexit , everything could change and you may not have a right to live/work in Spain and no medical care rights , no one can be sure .
