Talking Moving to South-East Mallorca- Town 'vibes'

Good morning all,

Hopefully I am not getting annoying with a question so similar to the others.
I am moving to Spain in 2 months for 1 year, my job would require me to live in South East Mallorca - I have chosen my area but need some insider opionion. The houses I am looking for are based in the below area.

Ideally I would like something lively, with a potential for outings and mediocre social life.
Good public transport until I get mine sorted out.
I've been shown properties in Felantix, Ses Salines, El Lombards,Colonia de Sant Jordi,Santanyi and Portocolon
Santanyi would be ideal for me but only 2 properties available.

And also I am looking for local cleaning teams, maintenance and such, have found many websites but seem unreasonable - £20 per hour for refresh cleaning - Nuh uh.

Thank you - Happy Monday.
