MOT Test Certificates??????
I was just casually browsing the Costa Blanca News online for cars and what do I stumble on? An advert for MOT test certificates with a UK mobile number for contact and reminding everyone that their insurance is void without one :blink:
I didn't want to copy the advert here, nor do I condone anyone trying to MOT their vehicle whilst in Spain. Just to point out how easily and blatantly it is done.....and allowed to be advertised! |

You would think that they wouldn't be allowed to put in an advert like that.......wouldn't you?

Well the advert was being run last week..
Yes .... I mean that they have a supply of old certificates that they feel are good enough to fool the Spanish Police The new ones are bar coded, and there is a very very tight control on them. I remember my mechanic saying before I left the Uk that the new form would eradicate illegal use, although I guess theres always a way around everything |
