Most expensive telephone bill
Solenne San Jose, from Pessac outside Bordeaux, said she received a huge shock when she opened the bill for 11,721,000,000,000,000 euros (£9.4qn).

wonder where the call centre staff are located.
typical reaction to think a customer is trying to evade payment of the bill
would have thought there would be lots of bells and whistles going off somewhere especially as this would have effected the whole profitability of the business.

Had it been a Spanish company they would have insisted that the bill be settled first, with the possibility of looking into the complaint afterwards, with the slim chance of a refund.
