There was neither sarcasm or nastiness in my reply there Mike J.:unsure: I think you've become a bit over sensitive perhaps? The internet can do that to you. I'll try to remember to put a smile and a wink after such jokes.

Mosquito nets on the windows and external doors, We find that the 45/60 night electrical thingies are very effective. As for hearing them when we are in bed, this usually means me getting up immediately, lights on and the hunt with the electronic racquet. Before I hear them my wife has usually been done, odd that when I get them they are usually full of blood. These are females?

Yeah they seem to be in stealth mode until they have already got you and it's only when they're trying to carry around a litre of your blood they start to whine a bit! :D If they're hanging around you for a meal they are always females. At least you know when you'vwe squished one that already got you their next generation with a taste for YOUR blood won't make it.
