Mosquito net help please
Need a repair to a mosquito net.....well it's bad so probably will require a new one. Need this doing super-quick. Any ideas please ? Many thanks Mel

I don't know if you are able to repair the blind yourself , but this may help in the short term
I bought replacement mesh from the hardware shop in Villa Real De Santo Antonio .
I'm sure the hardware shops in Ayamonte must stock it but I couldn't find it
If your blind is beyond repair you may be able to bodge until you find a handy man who can

You could try Leroy Merlin for a replacement 'pane' for a DIY replacement. They have many sizes and kits to cut to fit. We fitted a new screen to our kitchen window and it was easy and reasonably priced.
We also fitted a magnetic curtain for the patio doors - ordered from Amazon.es and delivered locally. Again it was easy to fit with velcro/sticky tape fixings.

Depends what you are looking for but we had a broken slide style mozzy screen (the two that come together) and Oscar a friend of Bill and Claire got us a replacement and fitted it. Happy to share his number if you need it.

Thank you for the help, always difficult to sort these things especially when you are miles away. I have received a quote and, for others who may need the information in the future, The price given is €125 to put a new concertina type mozzie screen in the frame (master bedroom in a townhouse)
The frame has been removed and when the screen is made and fitted back in he will return to re-install it. Will take 15 days. 50% cash upfront and the balance when the job is complete. I am fine with that, cannot deal with myself it as not there and need the screen in.
