Default Mortgage rates ?

Can anyone explain to me why when the Eurobase rate keeps increasing,my Spanish mortgage has only gone up on one occasion in the past three years. The mortgage is with Santader & I am quite sure it is not at a fixed rate
By the way I am not complaining about the situation

Regards

Chris

But UK mortgage rates don't always follow the bank interest rates, but perhaps they are more generous to borrowers here, Don't complain, I'm not.

Lets hope it stays like it for a long time, but the thing that bothers me is that when last time it did increase the rise was nearly 50 euros a month.
I will admit we have quite a large mortgage
I can't actually remember the last UK lender that did not raise their rates when the Bank Of England raised theirs
