Mobile Question
If I bought a smartphone in the UK. Would I be able to put in my PAYG sim card and then if I was in a WIFI zone be able to activate the internet on it?

Are you asking if you could put a Spanish SIM in? then couple of things the phone would either need to be unlocked or be compatible with the phone i.e. spanish Vodafone will work with Uk vodafone, you can get them unlocked quite cheaply if needed. Also some recent Smart phones use Micro Sims not normal sized Sim's. As for free wifi should work if Sim in phone works.
