Mobile Homes
 

Hello and thank you for taking me into the fold
My question is does anyone know if a cadastral value is applicable to a mobile home ?
The reason for my question is that a park owner is trying to impose this and I'm not sure or confident in the legality ????

I don't know the legal answer but logically, if it's a site with static caravans, you pay IBI and Basuras. IBI and Basuras is based on the catastral value ergo there should be a catastral value. I'm not quite sure what you mean by the landlord is trying to 'impose' a value unless he is trying to say that the ground rent is based on the catastral value or unless he pays the taxes for the whole park.

Even if you buy land in Spain, the land has a value. The question would be if you actually own the land, or only the mobile home?
