mobile hairdressing, nails and beauty
Hi
Is there anyone on this forum who has knowledge of this. My mother lives in spain and I am thinking of moving there at some point. My idea is to carry on what I do in the UK, but in spain within the expat community in the Torrevieja area.
does anyone have any advice?
Many thanks

Hi and a warm welcome to the Spanish forum on BE. Myself and Fred James are the moderators for the Spanish forums whilst BEVS moderates Europe. Moderators are there to ensure that the site runs smoothly within the rules of BE. This is so that members gain the information that they are looking for and find their experiences on the forums to be friendly and worthwhile.
Problems and complaints should always be addressed to a moderator who will look into the matter and deal with it efficiently and fairly. Our members who post in the Spain Forums are usually friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge about the issues of living in Spain. I hope that you enjoy your time participating in the forums.
Please let me know if you need any further help.
Rosemary

Re: mobile hairdressing, nails and beauty
There is no doubt that there is a demand for mobile hairdressing. We have used them for the last 15 years and pay €20 for a cut and dry for both of us. It's good money for Spain and everyone needs a haircut every month or so ( unless you are folically challenged!)
The real problem is building up a good customer base and that will take time. Once you have done that you will do well. Language isn't a problem if you stick to areas with a high expat population.
