We arrive in Spain early March and have to submit a medical history of my wife to the Valencia Health Authority well before we arrive.

A contributor to this site very kindly provided such a translation service. I have used the archive here and indeed on my in box but cannot find it.

The fault is mine and totally mine. The translation must as I understand the Consulate in Alicante be from an accredited translation service.

I am wondering please if someone can refresh with the name of the lady?

Hi Porth

Both myself and wife will be moving to Spain within the next 4 months and after reading your post was wondering what health conditions requires you to send a translation prior to you arriving in Spain.
We can do this via each others email addresses.
