Hi,

Is it "offensive" to locals to price haggle on houses under E15'000 in Martos? What are the nice areas to concentrate my search on?

not sure but 15 k sounds very cheap !!

I suppose there is no harm in trying

I Saw one in Onil for 13k the other day !
