Maplins UK doing 1.8mtr Sat Dishes for £99.00p

Maplins UK doing 1.8mtr Sat Dishes for £99.00p
Called into Maplin's in Leeds today, they have 1.8mtr Satellite Dish's on offer at £99.00p
Powder Coated Steel and in a small box due to being self assembly in bolt together sections
No use to me as we get Sky on a 70cm dish in Northern Spain but maybe handy for you Southerners!
Would assume all Maplin's Stores selling them at this price?
They also have a similar Dish of 2.4mtrs at £179.00p

Yup, it's a fortec (Maplin also sell other fortec cra^H^H^Hproducts.
Being the proud owned of a Fortec 2.4m (not from Maplins, I hasten to add -
even their sale prices are downright extortion) I can attest to their complete
and utter uselessness as anything other than a perch for the local birds.
It's about the only item that hasn't been stolen from my yard while I'm in the
UK, so even the local thieves know it's junk.
