Managed apartments in Palma
 

Hi,
I wonder if any of you know any info. I own a flat in Palma Old town and want to start to rent it out for holiday lets etc. The problem lies that i need it managed as i live in the UK. Does any one know of any agencies, people etc that do this? Many thanks.

Well its a start if you have nothing else to go on. Other than that get the local paer and look there.

Try looking for other people who are renting out, it is easy to find agents not so easy for them to be honest, reliable and any good. Shop around and ask lots of awkward questions the dishonest will not touch you with a barge pole as you may turn out to be to much trouble, they are more into the no question easy to fool and rip off. Maybe the local council or foreigners office has a list that may offer some help or even a long standing landlord of a local pub they usually know a wide group of people.

Hi, me and my wife now live on the island after renting our own apartment for a number of years. We used to use a friend who lives just outside Palma. If you are interested then maybe we could put you in touch? Regards
