Malt Vinegar

Our Spanish friends tell us it is easy to get , but no-one can tell us where to buy Malt Vinegar. SWMBO has been reduced to making her chutney with wine vinegar!! And Wine and apple she adds!

And as an ex-pickled onion competition judge (retired) this reallymatters.

Where can we get it? Not Mercadonna, Cortes Ingles, Eroski, Dia, Gadis, Cemar, Lidl.

HELP

The shops mentioned are a bit far away from Galicia. Have sent you a PM.

Re: Malt Vinegar

Maybe a specialist website (see below) is the answer, though you will of course be paying through the nose...

Is he not? Seems strange that I can put a link to a similar type of website on my previous post (have to confirm here that I have no connections whatsoever with britsuperstore), but I imagine those are the rules. Otherwise we'd be bombarded with spam entries all the time. How many of us look automatically at other poster's "Homepage" link? And can battlezone put a link to his site in his signature like yours?

If they have a business they cannot advertise that via PM. Signatures are acceptable.
it is all laid out in rule 9.

I would imagine you could say"please do not look at or click the link in my signature out of curiosity" lol

It`s not rocket science ;);)

Back on subject, most of the small Brit supermarkets I went in in Spain, seemed to have Malt Vinegar, very few had that odious 'non brewed condiment' basically diluted acetic acid with a bit of colour added.
