Default Madrid working as speech therapist/piano teacher

Hi everyone...I have just moved to Madrid (alone, taking the plunge!) and am going to be working as an English teacher for International House amongst other schools.
But my main career in London was as a speech and language therapist working with children with communication difficulties, and I have also taught piano for many years.
I know the 'set-up' for applying to EFL schools and teaching English, and am assuming this would be my main job here.
I would really like to keep up my practice as an SLT and piano teacher, but I don't have links to international schools here, so am not sure about how to go about this and find English-speaking families who wanted these services.
Any advice, especially from families with children here, about particular sites, locations, publications that I could pay to advertise in (and are actually seen by families!), or schools to contact, would be very welcome! My Spanish is intermediate (B2) level, but not really sufficient to work in.
Many thanks!
Emily
