Madrid Customs office and a parcel !
 

I have completed 2 forms from the customs for a parcel from USA. A charity auction win. It must be 3 weeks since the last from was posted back to them and no parcel nor any more forms. Anyone had experience with them ? I reckon they have returned ? I am hoping it turns up but …….

How was it sent from the States? The carrier still has possession until resolved with Customs or returned. If original carrier is known such as UPS, DHL, Fedex, USPS etc then you can track progress through their respective website with the parcel's tracking number and seek assistance from them.

Thanks limey610. I have no idea how it was sent, I will ask the sender and follow that route for now.

It was sent US mail so all tracking stopped when it reached Madrid apparently :-(

Do you have the shipment number, if so you can obtain further tracking information on their website, usps.com

Tracking number check confirms parcel held at Madrid Customs since 9th March. Phone call today resulted having to make another call to a different number tomorrow ( think they forgot about the holiday BUT maybe not) Hopefully soon find out the where what and how.
