Default Looking for sports shops in Alicante area.

Hi, I am looking for sports /camping shops with tent displays in the Alicante area.(ish)
Apart from Decathalon, sports zone & intersport (sport tono) I don't count Sprinter as it's mainly clothing.

There used to be one called forum in Alicante but if closed down a few years ago.
Any others about ?

You could try Caravanas Cruz in Elche, don't know if they have any tents on display but they do have an online selection of (pricey !) tents.

TIENDAS CAMPING Tienda on-line accesorios

Hypermarkets such as Alcampo and Carrefour sometimes have a small range on display, but they tend to be low end pup style tents only, IIRC.

Thanks iano, yes we know them not the sort we are looking for. Need a large hiking type.
Must pack down small, not necessarily light weight though.

Suzy, If nothing suitable at Decathlon, which as you know, has a big selection, then in your shoes I'd take a chance online.

Depending on your budget, as well as the online new tent providers there's also the segundomano.es and milanuncios.com sites where you can filter and find reasonably priced good quality second hand tents being sold locally ? Good luck. Ian.
