Looking to purchase a detached property for myself in general area of Moraira/Javea/Jalon Valley. Needs to be well-maintained, modernised, preferably with gas central heating. 2 -3 bedrooms. Separate kitchen. Not bothered about a private pool. Flat plot preferred or at least one not too sloped.
