looking for a long term rental villa in Costa Blanca
Hello everybody,
We are a happy family with 3 children from Holland. We are thinking about moving to Spain for so many years. We did Spanish school in Holland, and even our children can speak a little bit Spanish already.
We would like to ask if you know people who wants to rent their villa at the Costa Blanca for long term. In this difficult time there are many people who want to sell their houses but it´s difficult to get it sold. Maybe we can rent their villa, so they are happy to get money every month and we are happy too! We are decent and we will take care of the house like it´s our own!
We are looking for a villa with 2 or more seperate/independent appartments, with private pool in our near Benidorm, la Nucia, Albir, Altea, or Calp.
We hope you can help us finding a nice place to live. Thank you in advance!
greetings from Freddy and Sandra

As Concierge for the Spanish section of BE I would like to say hello and welcome.
BE is a very large expat website, so if you have problems finding your way around we have concierges who will try to direct you. The moderators for the Spanish forums are Mitzyboy and Fred James, moderators are there to ensure that the site runs smoothly within the rules of BE. Problems and complaints should always be addressed to a moderador who will look into the matter and deal with it efficiently and fairly. Our members who post in the Spain Forums are friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge of the issues of living in Spain. At the top of the page you will find a quirkily named thread called Free Beer which is full of important and useful information. Hope you enjoy your time participating in the forums.
Please let me know if you need any further help.
