long term villa rentals with pets..?
 

Has anyone got any experience/knowledge of how easy (or difficult!) it will be to find a long term villa rental from a landlord who will accept pets (I have a very well behaived labrador)

Might be an idea to say where. might make a difference if on a complex or not etc etc.

sorry...northern costa blanca area. can be very flexible as to exact area, type of villa...any thoughts?

British and northern european property owners are more uptight about animals in rented property than the spanish.

A spanish owner will usually let you keep a small zoo if you want. Particularly if it is a long term let. We had two dogs, two cats and a budgie when we were in rented.

thanks ( and to pwwm for the link), this is very encouraging as i was beginning to worry having looked at all the rental sites that say "no pets"...looks like Sam my black lab better apply for his passport and start learning spanish :D

Many landlors have a problem renting fully furnished places to people with pets, for obvious reasons.
