Always a good place to start are sites such as Idealista : https://www.idealista.com/alquiler-v...aen-provincia/
Often details out of date as agents, owners slow to take down advertisments but it gives a good guide to the current market, what is available and at what price. The site is also in english.
Personally would look at Ubeda if you want to be in that area, lovely town

Re: long let

do you mean your long let is for 4 weeks? Then I would look at Airbnb. For a longer let (a few months) in a rural, non-touristy area you are actually best off getting a provisional place for the first few weeks, i.e. via Airbnb, and then literally walking around the area you want to live in and asking everyone you meet. In the really rural areas, very few places are placed in the internet because everything is done by word of mouth. That's how you find the best, and often cheapest places. I do appreciate that might feel risky though. Good luck!
