Welcome Back
I see that in 2014 you and your family were attempting to emigrate to Malta. How did that go for you and the family? Our Spain sub-forum is a great place to get information on Spain. Many Brits have moved there to live and work and will be of great assistance in answering your questions. Here is the link to the sub-forum https://britishexpats.com/forum/spain-75/ Please take a moment to read the latest site guidelines. The link is in the blue banner at the opening of this page. Rete |

Re: Let me introduce you please
thanks Rete, it sadly did not. the job at the time fell through and we did not want to risk it financially with a new daughter. A few years on though and the desire for a better life still exists and now my working life allows for it too. Spain offers everything we would need plus a quick flight and I can be in our London office in 4 hours which is the same as my drive time currently get to our London office now and again

Re: Let me introduce you please
Hoping that others will join in and offer you assistance. Your daughter would be 9 about now. Is she fluent in Spanish? Are you and your wife? You'll be working for your own company located in the UK? Opening a Spanish branch?
Workers who are not from EU countries need to obtain a Work Visa to be able to live and work in Spain. Without a Work Visa a company cannot legally employ non-EU citizens. ... Re: Let me introduce you please
Hola,
You say " I can be in our London office in 4 hours which is the same as my drive time currently get to our London office" - If there is only one flight a day, then you can be in your office in 24 hours unless you are a pilot with a fast private plane - Yes, hit it right and you can be in London "today" but you have to hit it right Davexf |
Re: Let me introduce you please
"I can be in our London office in 4 hours which is the same as my drive time currently get to our London office". You should include time to travel to airport, check in and clear customs on arrival. Even if your office is in terminal 5, 4 hours is very optimistic :-)
Good luck with your move. |
Re: Let me introduce you please

Anyway no we don't speak Spanish currently but I would be working remotely for a UK company |
