Leaving a Spanish job
Hi guys,
Just a quick question regarding Spanish job law.
I handed in my notice yesterday and have 2 weeks until I leave
I have not used that much holiday though and I have at least a week free, maybe more to take off.
I was wondering if these days would be included in the final payment?
I wouldn't have thought so but in my last job, I took too many holidays and these days were deducted from my final payment so I was wondering if the opposite is true?
Thanks, Matthew

Yes, if you have untaken holiday this should be paid when you leave.
I left in January and expected just that final month's payment but there was unpaid holiday included as well.
