leasing a lock-up/workshop
 

We are moving to Costa Blanca (campoamor to be precise) in feb and with my husband being a mechanic we thought we'd enquire if anyone knows how easy it is to lease a unit/workshop where he could be based from - something quite simple and pretty much a unit to do the repairs/pre-MOT's etc. Is there much in the area of this type of thing...do industrial estates exist there like they do in england??
Any help would be much appreciated...
